**Before you stay with us, There are some very Important and helpful details to note about our property.** Also, as you plan your visit, we ask you to remember that although we do travel for work during the summer a good bit, the Pool House is on our own personal home property and the yard and pool are shared spaces and not private only to the Pool House if we happen to be home. If the following things change your mind about staying with us, please contact us immediately for a full refund and cancellation.
We live in the country and so bugs, bees, mice, etc. are to be expected from time to time. We do have active measures in place for pest control but it is not possible to avoid them entirely and still experience our beautiful, pastoral setting.
For our sake and the sake of ALL of our guests, we are a 100% smoke free and pet free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property. Guests who violate our smoking and pet restrictions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Damages will also be applied for additional cleaning and disinfecting.
It is very important to note that our Internet service can be a little sketchy! Guests who require consistent, strong internet service should consider other locations for your stay. Do NOT unplug the round white boosters you will see in the Pool House.
We have a very large refrigerator but please note there is NO FREEZER in the pool house. There is a portable ice maker available for our guests who would like ice.
We have a Traeger smoker grill and a gas grill for your use. There are extra pellets in the bin near the Smoker. Please be courteous and clean up after use.
We provide two beach towels with the property. Please bring any extra beach towels you may need. There is a Washer and Dryer for your use.
If you use the pull out beds, please remove all linens before you leave so the housekeeper’s know to wash them.
We have regular weekly maintenance done so you may occasionally see folks come and clean the pool, take care of the yard, etc. Of course, they will be as quick as possible and they will stay out of your way.
